Biotech building boom restricted to top "micro" hot spots

Interesting summary on biotech build out.  While Boston, NY/NJ, and the Bay Area are Biotech staples, data suggests that San Diego is slipping.  While not biotech per se, I would count DC as a hot bed too, at least from an IP standpoint, since so many biotech patent attorneys are located in that area.
